When you visit this site
This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you: it tells us how many people visit, from which countries and websites, and on which devices. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you write to us
If you email info@varq.io, for example with the Notify me at launch button, we receive your email address and your message. Mail to varq.io is forwarded to a Gmail inbox, so Google processes it on our behalf. We use your address only to answer you or, if you asked, to tell you once when VARQ launches. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
We delete your address when you reply "remove" or ask us to, and after we have sent the launch notice you asked for.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted, by writing to info@varq.io. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
